I don't mean to be impatient, but will somebody finally send Mr. Singh's sorry ass back to Caluctta? If not, I recommend jail:

Mr. Singh, a 49-year-old failed refugee claimant from India who faces deportation after 16 years in Canada, was the only one of 10 people charged in connection with the fraud against Canada's five major banks who did not plead guilty.

Instead, at the request of the Crown's office in Brampton, charges against the pizzeria owner of possessing an illegal credit card, making a false passport, possessing a stolen passport and Indian immigration stamps adapted for the purpose of committing forgery and obstruction of justice were stayed on Jan. 24, 2002.

There were allegations that Mr. Singh was involved in obtaining fraudulent passports in India after police found a briefcase full of passports in the bedroom of his house during execution of a search warrant, according to a court record.
